CENT supports Yorkshire’s new online business club

Yorkshire’s Voice, the brainchild of Rotherham business woman, Jacqueline Eginton, is a new online forum and networking portal for business people across Yorkshire and the Humber. Best described as ‘a forum for like-minded business people to come together to learn, share, listen, inspire, grow and play‘, it works on the concept of making the right connections. With news, views and advice from local business people, seminars, events and the opportunity to network and pass on business referrals to other members, Yorkshire’s Voice is expected to take networking to a new level.

As Jacqueline Eginton explains: “There is so much experience and expertise within the local business community, it makes sense to try and bring this together using web based technologies and help existing and start-up businesses grow. Not only will businesses benefit but the whole community, as economic prosperity increases.” Not just keen to help local businesses grow, Yorkshire’s Voice is also donating a share of any profits to nominated charities, with this year’s profits going to Age Concern.
