Standard room hire rates valid from 1 April 2006 – 31 March 2007.

Standard room hire rates are inclusive of refreshments and standard equipment, and are subject to VAT where applicable.

Bookings are subject to a cancellation policy

Standard half day booking
9.00 am – 12 .30 pm
1.00 pm – 6.00 pm
or part thereof

Standard full day booking
9.00 am – 6.00 pm
or part thereof

Late booking charge
Up to 7.00 pm - £18
Up to 8.00 pm - £27
Up to 9.00 pm - £36

Cancellation policy
All cancelled bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee charged on the sliding scale below:

Catering arrangements will be charged in full if cancelled with less than 48 hours* notice.

Special requirements and buffets for more than 15 people that are cancelled with more than 48 hours* notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the caterers.
